Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email to info@dianecroskin.com will be rescheduled without a penalty.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to the full fee. This includes no shows, where the appointment is not attended and no contact is made.​​
